Shatur is a town in the northern forest region of Maj'Eyal. It is the capital of the Thaloren elves. There are no speaking NPCs or quests in this town (as of beta 34). However, a statue in the center of the town does have a poem (lore) on it. Shatur has several shops: Armoury (Heavy Armor, Massive Armor, Shields, and Headgear)

Actions now have a parameter that requires inputs to reset to zero before activation and continue consumption after context removal until they return to zero.
