91 350 TBI rough idle and no power at all
2011年1月11日 · hey guys, i recently aquired a 91 chevy C2500 with a new rebuilt 350 tbi. problem is that i cant seem to get the truck to idle or run correctly. it will run while fluttering the pedal but that is all. changed temp sensor, ERG, cleaned and rebuilt the TBI, replaced all vac lines, fuel filter, added sea foam....and a few others. i have read that it could be the fuel pump (small connecting hose ...

2008年3月29日 · Sea Foam is tough on seals and I wouldn't use it in the crankcase with your oil. MMO never helped me either. This product although more expensive does the job its advertised to do. I've used this in 3 of my vehicles and have been amazed with the results. From increased compression, smoother running and quiteter. www.auto-rx.com

2005年8月10日 · It is the "idle air motor" it regulates the air flow to the throttle body. I fixed it buy soaking the mechanical end of the part in carberator cleaner. Do NOT to put the electrical end in the cleaner. The car has it's horsepower back and starts and idles great. thanks for all suggestions. Tom

2008年7月10日 · Driver's window grinds gears; I'd assume the motor or regulator has broken teeth. Power seats work when they want to. High beams don't work; this model is equipped with the sensor and automatic high beams. ALL motors are weak.Much appreciated if someone would help. Thanks.:smile:

2011年3月20日 · hello, i have a '95 blazer, 4x4, 4.3 vortec, vin W, CPI that i am swapping out. the donor motor is a 4.3 vortec, vin W, CPI out of a '93 blazer. At first glance, everything appeared in order, the only difference i noticed between the two was in the distributor. My motor has side mounted plugs, where as the donor had top mounted.

2008年4月3日 · Can't exactly remember the disengaged orientation but you should be able to tell with the motor off by gripping the stub shaft on the t/case with a pliers and moving it. It'll kinda spring back into the disengaged position. Set you encoder motor back that way B4 reinstalling it. You bravada won't feel exactly like a 2wd when you out driving around.
