2021年2月15日 · On trash packs I give the scarab brooch last priority in my rotation over my other two active trinkets - ZHC and scrolls. Only when they are both on cooldown I can consider using the brooch just to pump out an extra 1000 healing. If I obtain eye of the dead I can consider just vendoring the scarab brooch.

2020年7月4日 · Sartura, Huhuran, Maexxna, Loatheb, Thaddius, Saph, KT are all fights I’d rather have scarab brooch for. That’s a significant amount of encounters ignoring trash that it’s useful for. Add in any time your raid is taking known aoe damage and it’s bis by miles, especially if you have world buffs and those heals are critting.
