You put both on the stack in the order of your choice (either order will result in the loop, so assume the Sanguine Bond ability is placed above Exquisite Blood ability. You also target an opponent for the Sanguine Bond ability.

Lots of things get lots of hate for weird reason. Justifiably things that can end the while game insantly, if not responded to, people generally dislike. I'm doing a similar thing where I'm running these two cards and a few others with sanguine bond-like effects and entirely on a drain theme.
Very confused in our playgroup on how to treat this combo.
