I know of the Italian schools with Cappo Ferro, Salvator Fabris, Francesco Alfieri and a few others. I've read bits and pieces of it. I've seen some of the Spanish rapier with diagrams and geometry etc. It fascinates me. If I am to grab a few treatises and masters which would be good in the Spanish school of Rapier? What other schools are there?

2020年12月21日 · E.G. for Fabris I think the first couple techniques are probably foundational to his style of fighting (and IMO there are also implied tactics that don't even show up in Book 1 - e.g. if your opponent isn't in a decent guard, just hit them, if your opponent consistently underreacts, do something similar to Book 2 Rule 1 and walk the point in).
