2022年8月24日 · I've seen guys mod the STI platform with the T51R mod and it sounds amazing. Is it possible to do the same mod on the WRX. I am aware of the turbo being twin scroll. Just wanted to know if it is possible and the cons if any. Would love to sound like a commercial airline driving down the highway 😀

We specialize in billet CNC parts, and Onishi devised a process to modify nearly any turbo compressor housing to sound like the iconic T51R. Each compressor cover is carefully secured on a custom jig before being precisely machined in the CNC cabinet. Meanwhile, a custom insert is milled to exact specs from a six-pound billet of aluminum.

2023年12月19日 · I have a Blouch Dom 1.5 XT-R with the same compressor size as the stock turbo was curious if it'd be possible to have this T51R Mod done. Research has told me that it's unlikely but I haven't seen much data points on folks who have done the mod on their stock turbos or turbos with similar compressor sizes. Thanks so much in advance!

2024年4月29日 · Surge slots, or map width enchancement grooves basically bleed air from part way up the compressor out to the compressor inlet... effectively from the turbo's point of view it is an air leak that allows the turbo to be re-fed with the air that has been leaked.
