2017年9月1日 · The orientation and crystallinity of the thin films were studied by high-resolution X-ray diffraction (XRD) with Cu K α radiation. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and energy dispersive spectra (EDS) were used to examine the epitaxial growth and phase purity of the BFO films.

XRD patterns exhibit that all thin films are a single phase, pseudo-cubic perovskite structure. Study of surface morphology shows that grain size and roughness varies with respect to substrate.
