2006年8月7日 · Many RWD SR20DE's I see on eBay and other places come with a transmission. Get a custom drive shaft made, and mate it to the Corolla rear end. The FWD SR20DE is slightly different from the RWD version. It should be in the archive here. You can make a FWD SR20 fit, but that's more custom work for you.

2003年1月16日 · the main difference from the FWD & RWD SR20's are engine mounts and intakes, the block is cast different for each config's mounts. The internals are almost identical. The T/B's are on opposite ends between the two engines.

2003年8月13日 · The S15 SR20DET is mated to a 6 speed gearbox. The primary differences on this gear box are still the bellhousing bolt pattern as well as the lack of a speed sensor. The speed sensor for these transmission were located on the differential housing.

2006年3月16日 · Transmissions used with any Nissan L13, L14, L16, L18, L20B, L24, L26 or L28 engine can be mated with this adapter to any SR16VE, SR20DE, SR20VE, SR20DET and SR20VET engine used in a FWD or AWD vehicle. It replaces the original steel sandwich plate that goes between the engine and transmission.

2003年1月8日 · I got my OS Giken Close Ratio transmission for about $650. (used of course) Brand new, the gear set alone is about $2000. You also need an output shaft which is about $500. Add the cost of new synchros, seals, whatever else you need. Look at that... you're halfway to buying a full dog transmission from Quaife. (~$7000 iirc)

2003年5月15日 · Ya, the Gear ratio on the CA is the same as the SR s13,s14, need to change the bellhousing. I got two 5spd CA transmission, any one wants them let me know, as I get the RWD ca18det engines and convert them to FWD, so the transmission is not used in FWD.

Anybody know of a local man that has the Fairlady 300zx transmission swap kit for cheap? Or is there a cheap way to rebuid this gearbox stronger? Or is there an RB20/25 tranny that ...

2007年10月2日 · KA transmission fits when paired with a RWD SR20 bellhousing. if you're getting rid of the intake and dizzy setup the FWD SR20 may work, you just may have to get creative with mounting and a few lines.

2013年3月5日 · Front-Engine RWD - You'll want a RWD SR20 setup, with a RWD SR20 transmission. You have to deal with the driveshaft issue, which probably means custom. Same issue with the fuel tank here as it will get in the way of the driveshaft, so go with the GTi-R fuel tank or a fuel cell.
