B5 Systems SOPMOD Quick Review vs. LMT SOPMOD - AR15.COM
2011年10月28日 · The B5 SOPMOD fit without struggle or hammer onto two different branded mil-spec extensions that I had on hand. Out of the blue bag, the latch lock bar (is what I'm going to call the cylinder bar that locks the stock in the positions in the tube) was adjusted too high, causing it to bump against the position notches and sometimes get stuck when ...

2011年7月7日 · SOPMOD is run by NSWC-Crane to equip SOF M4A1 Carbines with accessories. There are two distinct "blocks" as identified by NSWC-Crane PowerPoints as the primary source of information, however, there was a "transitional period" of several years in which carbines with items from both blocks were used.
B5 Enhanced SOPMOD vs Bravo SOPMOD - AR15.COM
2012年12月30日 · The B5 Systems SOPMOD BRAVO buttstock maintains the SOPMOD's cheek weld, one piece anti-rotational QD swivel mount, no slip cushioned buttpad, and improved suregrip stock latch. The BRAVO omits the SOPMOD’s storage capability and angles the rear of the buttstock ensuring consistent stock placement against the shoulder and cheek.
BUTTSTOCKS! B5 Sopmod vs Sopmod Bravo. AND the STR
2013年8月9日 · Cheek weld is pretty much the same on the B5 and Sopmod. The only thing that bugs me on the B5 is it doesn't go all the way to the castle nut when all the way in, but that is actually probably better if you run an ASAP or other 1 point sling attachment. I just really like the storage and the way the Sopmod goes all the way in.
B5 Enhanced Sopmod vs BCM Gunfighter - AR15.COM
2016年1月2日 · I've got a lighter KAC M4 RAS rail system so I went with the lighter B5 Bravo (about 9 oz) instead of the heavier Enhanced SOPMOD (approx. 11 oz). My grip is also a B5 23 grip which is slightly more vertical than the standard A2 grips. Since your front of AR is heavier the heavier B5 Enhanced SOPMOD should work better for you.

Optics for M4A1 SOPMOD Block II? > AR Discussions - AR15.COM
2024年11月19日 · Building a clone of the M4A1 SOPMOD Block II. I have an Eotech in FDE and an SF Warden, with an SF 4- prong flash hider and Colt 14.5" barrel, but a possible alternative, what, if any, are other options like an LPVO that were fielded?
B5 Systems SOPMOD BRAVO Stock vs. Say the Magpul CTR / ACS …
2015年1月12日 · While i agree with this (in regards to the enhanced sopmod stock) i would personally choose the CTR over the sopmod BRAVO. To me the Bravo serves little purpose over a regular moe stock or something simple without storage. I prefer the enhanced sopmod primarily because of the great cheek weld (and i build mostly clone guns so a sopmod is a must).
Help me build my first rifle (M4 SOPMOD) > AR Discussions
2014年10月26日 · I've liked the SOPMOD carbines since I was a kid... Hope all that makes sense. So basically I want - 14.5" carbine gas SOPMOD barrel, pinned A2 FH I'd stay away from the M4A1 barrel (that is the BCM SOCOM upper you're talking about), they are unnecessarily heavy for your intended usage. Go with a standard M4 barrel.
