SHR大鼠是一种人为筛选出来的高血压模型大鼠（用患有高血压的WKY大鼠重复多代交配获得），又称自发性高血压大鼠（Spontaneous Hypertension Rat, SHR），这个品系的大鼠100%会罹患高血压。
