Vulkan Loader: The Windows SDK does not update the Vulkan Loader on your system. Instead you should be getting the Vulkan Loader from your graphics hardware provider driver package. There are two options to pull the latest SDK version: Get the latest version and then pull that version with a version-specific URL. For other operating systems change the platform to windows or mac and the file extension to exe or zip respectively. Note: Depending on your shell, you may have to alter how variables are set and used in the URL.
