2023年10月27日 · It’s a thing to figure out if someone’s affected with a memetic hazard. Weird answers mean they are Normal ones like “the fucks the black moon” means they aren’t affected. It’s also used as a code for multiple high level projects and is very much related to the foundation. Also the black moon is the patron god of the foundation in roundhouses proposal.
