I believe that it says that they’re trying to put cognitohazards or something in places writers, and by extension readers, will find them to stop people from screwing up their universe more. It’s a pretty cool concept. Also, SCP-3393 is a good fourth wall breaker. Basically, by being able to read the document, you are SCP-3393.

But, there is also the fact that if you take 055 as his own article without considering the others, not knowing what it, is actually dangerous, if I remeber right, one passage of 055 says something like " we don't know if 055 may be responsible of more deaths of all other anomalies combined".
