2023年1月3日 · Loads of 3 day programs out there Bromleys base strength has 3, 3 day programs in it the DUP and HLM templates are SBD each day. Run a 4 day program over 9 days so you work out 3 days per week. Jim wendler has loads of 3 day programs in 531 forever with quiet a few are SBD orientated. Super squats another 3 day program with SBD each day.

2023年4月20日 · On my SBD days I really try to squeeze my cheeks together to make the fart that much quieter and deadly, excessive amounts of protein on SBD days really get them nice and stinky too. Regular days I like to push as hard as I can to get the most noise and volume, usually lots of beans on those days.

Right now I'm training every other day. Deads/back, shoulders and tris, squats and legs, chest and tris with a rest day between every session.

I stopped powerlifting with a 650 deadlift with a belt on a deadlift bar. Did BJJ for about 8-9 months straight with no lifting. Came back and on my first day back in the gym I pulled 615 belt less on a stiff bar. Literally zero lifting, but doing BJJ got my core so much stronger that I lost zero deadlift strength over that time.
