2016年7月8日 · The one's with 2 slots are the early ones . When the 945 first came out S&W was struggling to make the mags , so they took 4506 mags and machined a second slot . I have one of my 945's that came with the mags with 2 slots , product code 170147 , which is the first run of many . So if you have a mag with 2 slots , it's an early one .

2019年1月14日 · S&W Performance Center made 2 versions of the 4", one for Camfour with a grip safety and the other for RSR with a grip and frame mount safety. I presume your gun is the RSR. I have read that the only parts interchangeable between the 1911 and 945 are the grip and thumb safeties and the trigger.

2024年2月11日 · The 945-40 has 2 slots that look like small bullets. The 40 caliber also has one magazine but has 1 slot. 45 cal seems to be easier to find. I would pay top dollar for 945-40 magazine. S@ W doesn't make them anymore.

2024年10月15日 · Eventually I want to find another S&W 945 with the original hard case and 2 mags, but what they want for those things is insane and sorry it's not a $2500 gun, it's a $1500-1800 dollar gun and I can get a performance center 1911 for under $1500, I just alway loved the way the 945 felt in my hand the way it shoots at the range.
