2015年4月8日 · Use a sawzall or reciprocating saw same thing. You don't even have to dig, it will cut right thru the dirt and root. I use this method all the time by laying a 2x6 on the grond and running the saw through the dirt for many feet on both sides with a 12 inch blade.

2016年4月27日 · Dig around the root with a shovel to remove the bulk of the dirt in the way. Use a trowel, your hands, something smaller to remove the rest of the dirt near the root. Use a reciprocating saw (aka Sawzall) to cut through the root. This may take some time depending on how green the roots are, but those saws will eventually cut through it.

If you find roots larger than 4 cm diameter, use a spade to clear the dirt from around the root as much as possible and then use a small chain saw to cut the roots on both sides of the hole. You'll probably have to resharpen the chain afterwards, but this is the still the fastest way.

2018年10月13日 · I just removed a 8 inch in diameter root from under my buddy’s side walk and releveled it. It was 3 feet wide 5 feet long and 4 inches thick. I removed the dirt from root on both sides and underneath the root on both sides. Used my chainsaw to cut root. On the side I wanted to pull it out of I left the root about foot and a half long.

2022年1月8日 · With the video link in the prior comment and get the wall shored up about 1 ft away from the outside wall, you could take out the whole plate, cutting the rotted stud bottoms off first with a circular saw which will cut about 1/2 way through. That will establish a straight, square cut to follow the rest of the depth with an oscillating saw.

That sawdust between the cover and the diaphragm causes the diaphragm to get pressed down, which in turn causes a higher fuel level in the metering chamber.Or even partial flooding.It is the richness in the fuel that causes the saw to die. The saw dust moving around will cause erratic running.
