Anyone try the Eagle 110 MM rocket pods? : r/Helldivers - Reddit
Yeah, I just played some low level missions and as soon as I got the autocannon went into harder missions with hulks cause the autocannon two shots them if you hit them in the eye and now I have the railgun which one shots them in the eye but for tanks I just throw a orbital strike or laser at them cause I don’t know any good stratogems to kill them quickly, the quasar might work but I …
Explain 110mm Rocket Pods to Me. : r/Helldivers - Reddit
But if even one rocket from the volley misses, it won't kill. The same generally goes for chargers. Eagle-1's aim is very spot on in my experience, as long as you're consistent with STICKING the marker to the enemy you want. TBH, rocket pods are very hard to OHKO hulks with. So, generally, I'll run the rail cannon with the rockets.
Hot take - Rocket Pods are better then Railcannon, Laser, and 500kg
Rocket pods are just so phenomenal at taking down tanks and chargers, the trick for chargers is to time the RP right after it bull rushes you. That amount of time it takes to stop and reorient leaves it stationary long enough to be a sitting duck for the rockets.
Eagle Rocket Pods works the same as the Orbital Rail Cannon
Just found out yesterday that the Rocket Pods work the same way as the Orbital Rail Cannon, it will prioritise and auto aim on the nearest heaviest unit, just without the aiming animation. I must've missed this info in-game somehow.... It will remove the armour on the back for both Chargers and Bile Titans, giving you an easy kill.

2024年2月17日 · yeah everytime I used them they didn't kill anything that I just went back to eagle airstrike and it's infinity better, I was able once to get 42 kill with an eagle air strike but never 2 let alone 1 with 110mm rocket pod. Though in late game I just use orbital laser and orbital railcannon with shield backpack and support weapon
110-kg rocket pods vs railcannon? : r/Helldivers - Reddit
Rocket pods have one purpose, destroy tanks, they will destroy a tank from full HP to 0 in a single barrage and will never fail to do so, somehow that is the only thing it can kill. I am quite baffled that it can be so consistant with killing tanks but devestators or hulks barely flinch.

Thoughts on 110mm rocket pods after patch? : r/Helldivers - Reddit
Hey all, just wanted to start a conversation about the 110mm rocket pods after the big patch. Devs decreased damage, but significantly improved targeting accuracy. After carrying it for a good number of missions, I'm a huge fan of the improved targeting. The reduced damage is a bit of a letdown, though.
