Rher has 6500 HP. It's recommended to have high enough agility for extra turns so you can kill him faster. Get a Blood Golem and use Pheremones on it. It'll suck up the dangerous mind damage from the eyes and you can concentrate on Rher himself. Healing items and/or Loving Whispers is a must. Also bring some mind-restoring items.
