2021年12月6日 · I also recommend not using a retinol face wash everyday, especially if you’re new to retinol. That can be extremely irritating. I recommend slowly introducing retinol over time (CeraVe makes a very gentle serum). As for face wash, LRP hydrating cleanser is SO GOOD for irritated/red skin. It also has niacinamide in it, which calms redness.

2020年10月9日 · Oh god I’m 25 and that still happens to me. What helped was wearing makeup, cuz whenever my face gets red, knowing it’s red makes it worse. If I’m wearing makeup and I get embarrassed I remind myself no one can see it cuz I’m wearing makeup and that helps. It feels like a shield. Another thing that helps me is responding slowly.
