Rasabali (Odia: ରସାବଳୀ, IAST: rasābaḷi) is a sweet dish from Odisha, India. It consists of deep fried flattened reddish brown patties of chhena (farmer cheese) that are soaked in thickened, sweetened milk ( rabri ).
