2020年10月1日 · The horsepower loss even with the Power Wagon's 6.4L at high altitude is quite noticeable with 35 inch tires. We have mountain passes in Colorado up to 13,000 feet in elevation. In Nevada I've camped at a Great Basin National Park campground at 9,886 feet.

Since the Power Wagon comes lifted from the factory, tires that wouldn't fit normally in a regular 2500 will fit under a PW without a lift and without rubbing. 2020年10月14日 · The power wagon at 3" of lift with 37" km3 (smaller 37) and -12mm offset. The negative offset is wider then many will recommend for the wagon by just a bit. Ideal offset for clearance on 37s is between 0mm to 28mm (I believe). Myself, I would not go as high as 4.5 due to all the systems impacted. At 3.0" nothing additional needs to change.

2016年4月30日 · Run a smaller prop on my inboard/outboard V8 to make up for the power loss on the 7,700 foot high Vega Reservoir near here. Doubt that I would be happy driving my Power Wagon with some 37" tires without a regear. Especially while driving over the above 13,000 foot high Mosquito Pass or towing across South Park at 10,000 feet.

2021年7月28日 · Bought mine with 35s, and drove that way for a few months. Then went to 37s, and didn't notice much different between the 2. I did have rubbage with 37s and 6 people in cab while turning on a hill, so assume offroad it would have done the same. Since then I added Thuren 1.5" level to front and can now flex er out pretty good.

2021年7月28日 · Wheel And Tire Fitment For The 2013+ 3500, 2014+ 2500 Trucks Including Power Wagon: 0-3" Lift At 57mm, the stock wheel setup for the 2013+ 3500 and 2014+ 2500 will require a +18 to +25 millimeter offset range in order to achieve proper fitment. The same goes for the Power Wagon which in stock form has a +42 to +57 millimeter wheel offset.

2018年1月2日 · Remember the 5.7 came with a 5-speed and an underpowered engine. Those gears were very appropriate for it. The 6.4 Hemi comes with a 6-speed, with better power and torque and I believe the 4.10's paired better with the 6-speed for milage, which was likely something they were going for.
