રઈશ મનીઆર ગુજરાતી ભાષાના ગઝલકાર, નાટ્યકાર, પટકથાલેખક, ગીતકાર, વાર્તાકાર, હાસ્યકાર, કટારલેખક અને મંચસંચાલક છે. તેમનો જન્મ વલસાડ જિલ્લાના કિલ્લા પારડી ગામમાં થયો હતો. શાળાકાળમાં જ એમની કાવ્યસર્જનની પ્રતિભા શિક્ષકોના ધ્યાનમાં આવી હતી. અગિયાર વર્ષની ઉમરે 1977ના માર્ચ મહિનામાં એમણે પ્રથમ કવિતા લખી હતી.
