Sep 28, 2024 · As Mfeets has said, if you do not own the P42DC pack on Steam you cannot use the reskin. Again, that file is NOT included in the download, you must own the P42 from steam and copy the files from there. The Trurail pack is not a standalone unit-it is an enhancement pack, and thus requires the base unit (P42DC on steam) to run.
