I have attempted about 5 or 6 whole (packer) briskets and every single time they have come out with a mouth watering and tender point end but the flat ends have all either been under cooked & tough/dry or they have been overcooked & tough/dry.

2020年7月14日 · The all weather vents are almost a necessary addition to keep the rain and weather out of the RT340 and RT590 grills. It seems like everyone that I've read about that has installed them like the look and the way they work, I'm glad they are back in stock at Rec Tec.

2023年3月20日 · We’ve traveled a bit with the Icer, but we’ve never traveled with the RT-340. It’s just a handful and needs 2-3 people to safely handle its folding legs. It sounds like the new model may be an improvement for on the go, but still not perfect. I will say the 340 has been a surprisingly nice performer in a stay at home role.

2019年5月19日 · Hi, Me and a Buddy each bought a BFG, He got his first (mine will arrive this Wednesday 19th because of shipping problems with Estes Co., they actually lost my BFG.....Called Rec-tec and they replaced my lost BFG) and is also having TEMP control issues.
