2020年1月9日 · If I remember correctly, nearly twenty years ago when the IRT subways were upgraded to R142/R142a/R188 cars, the fleet seems to have been working good since they are were rolled out around 1999/2000 and are still running. Since then, some of the rest of the new cars on the lettered lines, have been having quality control issues.
