This maximises its usefulness because it lets you get two completion marks in one run. Just don't go for a boss which instantly ends the game upon death like the Beast or Mega Satan, as you won't get a chance to use R Key.

2021年4月15日 · I just had a run with R key and the double active card. For whatever reason, the card works. I was doing keeper unlocks and ended up beating Isaac, ???, Satan, Lamb, Mega Satan, and Beast in a 2 hour run. I got really lucky that Mega Satan opened a void portal, otherwise the run would've ended early; already had Delirium done, though.
