QTV is the principal production and facilities partner to the SPFL providing outside broadcast coverage of 180 matches per season. Over 150 matches per season are produced from a central matchday facility using QTV’s cutting edge remote production workflows.

Utilising BT’s IVNP and ADVA video and data over IP infrastructure, QTV transports J2K video signals, intercom and tally to and from site with negligible latency to deliver over 150 Scottish Premiership football matches per season.

QTV has worked with World Archery since 2017 to produce all elements of their Hyundai Archery World Cup and World Championships coverage, including outside broadcasts and satellite distribution from China, USA, Colombia, Turkey, and Europe.

The Royal Highland Show is one of the largest annual live events in Scotland. 2023 also saw the arrival of the Golden Shears to Scotland and was QTV’s third year as production and facilities partner.

QTV provided uninterrupted livestream coverage of three stages, resulting in over 250 hours of live content and 100 individually recorded panel sessions that were made available on the NYT website for ‘on demand’ access ninety minutes after the sessions ended.

QTV is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director/VT Operator to join its team at QTV Leeds. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of live production operations, from pre-production planning to post-event wrap-up.
