PUA means Potentially Unwanted Application, and Defender has found an application named TuxedoedFredericksburg.exe in your AppData folder. Did you install that yourself, if not, that may have been installed alongside some software you did install. That is not a known process, and so, it is probably malware.

Currently Windows Defender is showing that I have this PUA:Win32/FusionCore on my PC. It's identified as a low threat but a threat nonetheless. The aforementioned program can't get rid of it, I've tried multiple times. I was told it's a glitch and that the next Windows update will get rid of it. Somehow I don't think that's right.

2021年10月11日 · A PUA does not necessarily have to be installed as an App, for Defender to "block" it. In the Protection History "notification" for the PUA, there may be a "container file" described. If so, it will indicate the location where the PUA resides. If you see that, navigate in Windows Explorer to the location indicated, and delete it.

PUA= Potentially Unwanted application - flagged probably in Viber due to advertizement. Same as otehr PUA classified apps, or PUP on malwarebytes. PUP - potentially unwanted program. It got flagged after latest microsoft update. They are probably adding higher criteria to advertisers, cause tthey dont want competition :)
