The angle formed by the two lines is equal to 15° - with a tonearm mounted at 222 mm that angle should be 14.22°, with a tonearm mounted at 215mm that angle should be 14.7° (both results come from the rega baerwald and technics baerwald arc protractors drawing).

I have tried the gauge tool, Hoffmans custom protractor with many different p2s distances, and the Technics Baerwald from this site. This one worked out best, by far for me. Every other alignment produced much more distortion that I became aware of after using this ...
