Have you been searching for a free toileting sequence for your child or student with autism? A potty training chart that shoes each step of the sequence? I was too! I couldn’t find what I was looking for because I needed it to show more details than just a child sitting on a toilet. I want the steps laid out clearly.

It is good to have a clear process of steps that you can follow. However going to the toilet isn’t always the same, you might need a wee or a poo, or both. Boys might want to stand rather than sit to do a wee. I think it’s helpful that all of these processes are understood so I have created a couple of different schedules.

2025年3月24日 · You could use the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) or other visual aids. Stick the schedule on a wall close to the toilet or potty to remind your child of the steps. Go over the schedule with your child 2-3 times a day. Everyone who does toileting with your child will need to know and follow the schedule.
