There is CLEARLY a scam going on under the name PIPO and PayPal is choosing to ignore the fact that is going on. Email bills are sent from PIPO "finance" or "collections" but they will not really be coming from the authentic tiktok because it is not possible to respond to these email addresses as THE EMAIL ADDRESSES DO NOT EXIST.

When you have an already established subscription, the unauthorized activity likely happened on the merchant's account (PIPO) rather than PayPal. However, if there was never a subscription associated with the transaction or there was one created with the unauthorized transaction, please reach out to Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at ...

The new scam from PiPo is that they are using a USPS site to say a package you are having delivered has a issue with the address. Very legit setup, even uses the USPS phone numbers and system. It states that you will be charged 3$ for the re-delivery fee. I rarely use USPS so I was not sure. The options were my bank card or paypal.

The charges I’m receiving are from Pipo (sg) which appears to also be TikTok but in Singapore and I too do not use TikTok. I tried to dispute these with PayPal and they said the transactions appear to be legitimate and that I had to email claimappeal with PayPal to ask why they aren’t accepting my dispute.
