Pino Manos was born in Sassari (Sardinia) on the 10th of March 1930. In 1951 he moved to Milan where he attended both the Cimabue Academy of the Fine Arts (together with Enrico Castellani and Vincenzo Agnetti) and the Brera Academy of Fine Arts.
