2008年12月8日 · 其實Aspirin還滿常開的,不過不是使用500mg的退燒、止痛用途,而是用在75~325mg的預防血栓用,主要原因是Aspirin有導致腸胃道出血及腎乳頭細胞壞死的副作用,就是俗稱的傷胃和敗腎,而台灣民眾非常重視自己的胃和腎,所以醫師才改用另外一種退燒藥,稱之為普拿疼(Panadol,Acetaminophen)。 而對aspirin過敏是不是可以使用普拿疼呢? 不難看出,其實也沒有相關性。 所以並不會因為對Panadol過敏而也會對aspirin過敏,反之亦然。
