It truly depends on the individuals initial herd spawn. I've taken countless piebald, about 3 or 4 melanistic, 2 "blackgold", and at least one albino in every species except for black bear (and even one all-white piebald bison) - but I've only got about 4 diamonds.

2020年12月3日 · I remember finding piebald blacktail, which for me, if I grinded for a diamond blacktail, I could find atleast one piebald every week. piebald blacktail used to never be that rare for me up until the 2.0 update. I remember seeing piebald roosevelt elk quite often on Layton but haven't seen any ever since I got back in the game recently.
