I do take a lot of supplements and one that I take sodium stablized Alpha Lipoic Acid mentions helps with blood flow. I don't have a medical background or any training but have done a lot of my own digging and searching for answers.

I had been having problems with my legs feeling heavy and my feet going numb. I was unable to walk more than 20 feet without my feet going numb. After various tests were done for nerves, blood flow, etc., I was diagnosed with venous insufficiency in both legs. I, too, had problems finding compression stockings that worked for me.

2022年8月18日 · I have idiopathic small fiber peripheral neuropathy and I wear compression stockings but they are not for my neuropathy. The compression stockings for me are to help with my lymphedema and to control swelling in my legs. I do think it helps with my blood flow and circulation in the legs.
