2020年8月27日 · I'm going to commit to a percussive therapy routine a few times a day. I'm looking forward to trying out some of the different attachments. The smaller ball one really gets in there, and the cone… let's just say it's going to be awhile before I try that out. 🙂

2009年9月16日 · This really burns me up! When a pro athlete has a physical issue, they would never tell him "take some aspirin and go to physical therapy." There's too much money at stake, and physical therapy, even if effective, takes too long. Go that route, and you'll still be hurting 3-6 months from now.

2012年11月19日 · A few times I have gone out on the course and just played nine holes not trying to d anything but just hit the ball and go get it and hit it again. This is good therapy as well it keeps you out of the trend of thinking about doing something and just hitting the ball.

2009年9月16日 · Go to a doc to make sure you haven't fractured a rib, if not they will probably Rx physical therapy. This consists of ultrasound, neuromuscular massage, heat/cold packs, stretching and over time strength improvement (using resistance bands).

Designing a Golf Club III I've updated the design. Aesthetics - Turned the rectangular cut-out into a half-moon - Removed the lettering and left the logo Practical - Cut the putter width from 1.5 inches (I think) to 1 inch to cut weight from the design - Added 3° of loft to the front of the putter, up from 0° In the first image, there is a blue line coming from the center of the putter.
