The Puginese is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Pekingese and the Pug. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed.

The result is a sweet and affectionate pup with low energy requirements. Height: 8–11 inches. Weight: 10–16 pounds. Lifespan: 12–14 years. Colors: Black, brown, sable, fawn, white, brindle.
