A1) The post says that a four wire wire feeder is being intalled. The grounded conductor must be isolated from the neutral at the house in this case.

2023年3月27日 · The Wave Pro pedestal is built on a FOX shock which is one of the kings of off-road shock absorbers. They'll likely last a lifetime and will be easily rebuilt if necessary. After talking to the folks at Wave Pro, I have no doubt they would fully stand behind their product if there was ever an issue.

2011年3月6日 · The plan is to place a 400 amp meter pedestal at the pole (100' away) and add another 200 amp underground feed to the house. Replace the existing meter pan with a trough or splitter R3 enclosure, bring in 2 separate conduits into the trough/splitter enclosure. Add a second main breaker panel in the basement next to the existing one.

2005年11月1日 · Re: Pedestal service grounding I have a three wire triplex (Bare is the neutral)feeding the sub-panel...The sub-panel (Main lug) is grounded with a ground rod. From the sub-panel they are running a 4-wire two hots one neutral and a ground to the gate.

I want to bring a feeder wire to a j-box and tap off to 5 or 6 lots. I can reduce the feeder wire right? How? From the tap to the pedestal Ill run #8?.

2005年10月19日 · A metal pedestal mounted to the ground already provides a pretty good path for lightning. 250.32B(2) indicates that a grounding conductor is not required under certain conditions. If there are any other metallic paths between the service and these pedestals then the grounding conductor is definitely required.

2020年6月7日 · The breakers inside the pedestal are fed from a single phase 240V, 125A panel bus. The bus is fed by #1 copper tap conductors that are, in turn, fed by a set of lugs which also have double 6-350 barrels on each lug for the purpose of loop or daisy-chain feeders.

I did run across this Springfield Ez-Ride Wave Dampening, but can't find much in regards to reviews or anything on it at this point. Simply the $250/300 price tag sounds a bit more appetizing than $600+ / seat.

2013年10月10日 · IMO, Yes a 4-wire system is requierd based on 250.32(D) of 2008 edition. The service pedestal qualifies as a structure and any wiring from that point of main disocnnect becomes a feeder.
