2023年3月12日 · PBO2 Explanation Request Hey, I've found that with a large PBO2 negative curve optimizer (all core -30) and high boost override (+200), my 7600x all core effective frequencies will drop to 545MHz ( absolute frequency ) during high load situations.

Hands down, I think this might be the best PBO2 / Curve Optimizer Guide to date! Just a small heads up: the current OCCT Beta can also show CPU errors per core, so you dont need to slam into a system crash to find the limits.

2022年10月6日 · I set PBO2 Tuner to -20 on all cores and noticed that my voltage, temps and power comsumption are higher than without PBO2. The same happens with -15 on all cores. After rebooting, launch HWinfo64 and scroll down to the section indicating the PPT, EDC, and TDC limit percentages. While running Cinebench multicore, one of these limits will reach 100%.

Yeah I was thinking of doing that tonight when I got home. Perhaps that with Curve optimizer would be good? One thing I’m curious about is with PBO2 off my Max was 1.475 but with it on and -15 cores it gets to 1.5. Also under load I was 1.2ish vs 1.1ish with it off. I am pretty confident that plus the lower MB limits is making it run a lot ...
