2020年9月4日 · Also, consoles are way more optimized and are made for one certain task, and that is gaming, just look at how Digital Foundry made a PC with an equivalent of PS4/XB1 Jaguar CPU, the CPU utilization was at 99% all the time, they couldn't play a freaking game, yet PS4 & Xbox One can play games like RDR 2, TLOU 2, Doom Eternal at 60 FPS etc etc...

2014年10月20日 · The Ps4 runs at like 1.6 ghz 8 cores while the Xbox One is 1.75 ghz, there is also a Arm chip in there that handles the OS. The claim on the Emulators is CPU: With 2 cores 3.0GHz or better, RAM: 3GB, HD 7870 but I doubt that.

2019年5月1日 · Against the PS4 Pro this is how your computer stands CPU - Better per core performance but you have 2C/4T and windows has a more CPU overhead than the PS4 Pro RAM - Equalish. Same amount but your GPU had dedicated RAM instead of the PS4 Pro sharing the RAM GPU - Weaker. The PS4 Pro has a GPU more like a 1060 6GB.

2013年2月21日 · Update: I've confirmed that there are 8 Jaguar based AMD CPU cores inside the PS4's APU. The CPU + GPU are on a single die. Jaguar will still likely have better performance than the PS3/Xbox 360's PowerPC cores, and it should be faster than anything ARM based out today, but there's not huge headroom going forward.

2015年3月26日 · The CPU is less impressive, admittedly, but it has 8 cores, while most intel CPUs only have 4 cores while costing half as much as the entire PS4. Titan X costs you 999 US dollars each, which is pretty unaffordable.

From a pure hardware standpoint, the PS4 CPU performs at Atom/Celeron levels. The GPU is similar to an HD 7870 or R7 370. The PS4 also has the benefit of faster memory than regular computers use.
