The PNR EM10000 class is an electric multiple unit commuter trainset that will be operated by the Philippine National Railways on the North–South Commuter Railway. Prior to the reveal of its numbering scheme in October 2021, the train was known as the PNR Sustina Commuter .

The 203 series (203系) is an electric multiple unit (EMU) train type operated in Japan between 1982 and 2011 by Japanese National Railways (JNR) and later by East Japan Railway Company (JR East), and currently operated by KAI Commuter and Philippine National Railways.

EMU 08 was the eight and last set to be released by PNR for it's Metro South Commuter Services. It went into operation in April 2014. All of EMU 08's headlamps were replaced when it returned in December 2018. Head Car 202-5 was temporarily replaced by 202-3 from June to December 2018.

The EMU's are in a 5-car formation hauled by PNR 900/2500/5000 Class Diesel Electric Locomotives (DEL) manufactured by General Electric. The DMU's, on the other hand, are in a 3-car formation; with two head cars on each end and a single intermediate car in between.
