Playing music and film back thru them is an eye opening experience (partly because so much music and film is actually mastered on them!). They also make a passive version of the MB-2/XBD system that is relatively "affordable" at $35K...and it is truly truly amazing it it's own right.

2001年8月6日 · Given PMC's heritage i'd imagine the subs are good. The xb2 and xb3 do use transmission lines, but remember they're passive so you'd need to partner them with a high-current power amplifier that reflects the quality of the sub.
