So if you sell 100 PLR the purchaser can change the affiliate links within the product to their own, they can claim they are the authur etc.

"Unrestricted" PLR almost always means you can sell, giveaway, give as bonus, etc. Also usually means there is no limit on how many of those "unrestricted PLR" products are sold by the PLR site/seller.
