2022年12月3日 · Couldn’t fix it by adjusting mic on PDP app. Ended up taking it back to Walmart and new one wouldn’t be recognized by PDP app but otherwise mic and buttons (except three on bottom) worked fine. Finally looked on underside and it has “PowerA”, not “PDP” like first one.

2023年8月13日 · Download the pdp control hub app from the Microsoft Store on Windows 10 or Xbox One. That should show you if it needs updating or anything else that might get it working. If you find the firmware is already up to date, try the controller on another device if you can.

2019年12月29日 · The PDP hub on the microsoft store won't detect the controller. I cannot roll back the driver, drivers are up to date, uninstalling and reinstalling won't work. Windows is also up to date. Rebooting won't work.
