The good news is, they're all the same on the inside. That is to say, you can cut the PCjr plug off and wire up a Gameport plug in its place, and it will work in any computer with a Gameport. Computers don't have these ports any more, but Gameport to USB adapters are cheap and plentiful on ebay.
