单链构象多态性（single strand conformation polymorphism,SSCP）分析是利用DNA或RNA单链构象具有多态性的特点，结合PCR技术进行基因检测的一种分析技术，称为PCR-SSCP技术，用以分析微生物的遗传学特征和基因突变。
