My cheap code reader reads it as "P1380 $07e8 Manufacturer control" The traction control and engine management light are on, and I cannot engage cruise control. So I thought something to do with a wheel rotation sensor. But a quick google before I came here says glow plug relay fault.

2016年8月3日 · The mechanics at the Subaru Dealers there are of course quite capable guys, but not having worked on any Diesels hasn't helped with their ability to confidently deal with the particular (regen & P1380 fault code) issues the car has had, so far. So what info don1952 has provided here should go a long way passed on to them. Thanks a bunch.

2025年1月18日 · Check all fuses for P1380. Here is wiring diagram for glow plugs: View attachment 600725 Diagram is for 2008 model, but 2010 should be pretty close. For P2565, that is turbo vane position sensor. Sensor should be visible with more or less decent scan tool. Further diagnostic would be necessary. This sensor sits on turbo vane vacuum actuator.

2023年3月11日 · I cannot find any reference for a P0037E Code, for any control module in the Subaru Diesel. The glow plug DTC’s that I see are P1380, and 1382. So, its possible that the internet’s have taken you on a wild goose chase. I have not delved into the workings of the Subaru glow plug circuit.

2010年6月27日 · I've had a glow-plug failure around 110,000 km. GP has shorted out and blown a 40A fuse, which also disabled ABS, DSC and cruise control. The check-engine light came on (along with ABS and DSC lights) with fault code P1380. I've recently replaced all four after driving around with connectors disconnected for a while. Starting was unproblematic.
