Oct 11, 2011 · In summary, 'overset text' is simply Too Much Information. Text that has not been placed. Text for which there is no room allocated in your text frames. You can best delete it using the Story Editor (look in the help for that), which helpfully shows you what part of a story is overset -- but, would you really want to delete this?

Sep 9, 2024 · You work obviously without paragraph styles. So I suppose you insert manually page or section breaks. Use styles and avoid manual breaks in Word and also in InDesign. By @Willi Adelberger There are styles - the problem was with DOCX saved from Google Docs - after exporting as RTF - from Google Docs - everything was OK.
