Hitch, you're a good dude and I wish you nothing but the best. One of the few people upholding the identity of what Optic has been for years, thus still keeping me around supporting the org. You say things have been good, but also bad lately, would it be possible to elaborate a little bit on what you are alluding to?

A creative director is a wider role that covers all the creative output of a company - so he's the general decision maker in terms of the content they make (alongside Hecz?), maybe the way its edited etc, the general design style used by the brand, has input on merch, etc.

Thought he would be announced with OpTic Create but I assume this was Hitch's decision to wait since he was working free-lance. Not sure how OpTic's contracts work as well so it could have been best for himself to not sign with OpTic until now.

H3CZ doesn't vlog often, Scump still feels pretty organic, Hitch doesn't post behind the scenes content anymore. Everything on the OpTic channel feels like most everything else on YouTube. I am by no means dissing the team, this is the only team I have supported for the past 12 years. I am just reminiscing on how things used to be.
