I have a file with a dozen or so ramp alignments in SS4 (08.11.09.878) These worked fine until a few days ago.

Open the isoproj.cfg file in notepad. This file is generally resides in \\Dataset\Isomterics folder. Comment out MS_DWGSEED variable by putting # in front of the variable as shown below: Now restart OpenPlant Modeler and open the design file. Check the Variable in Workspace>Configuration. It will now point to the correct seed file.
